Trips all over the world. Pick a place.

About the photographer

At 12, I took my fathers brownie camera and my allowance for a trip to the drug store. Fifty cents later, I had a roll of film, two packets of chemistry, and a few sheets of paper. I was hooked for life. It wasn't until I had a real camera that I immersed myself, and during university, I enrolled at NESOP. Engineering classes during the day, photo classes and darkroom at night. Before long, I built a darkroom in the bathroom, went out to shoot the street at night, and it didn't stop until I traveled with a view camera to 25 countries while building a software company. Now, the backpack is a roller bag, the heft is ligher but the photos are still my passion. I feel most comfortable at night, in the desert, deep in-country with my camera and a flashlight. And for as long as I can, I'll be back in Iceland in the winter as often as I can. Want to join me?

Ask me anything about image licensing, assignments, or travel and photography. I run trips to Iceland intermittently, but only in the winter.
